Assalamualaikum dan Salam Sejahtera semua... Alhamdulillah kita masih d beri peluang bertemu kembali d alam maya nie walaupun Diana kurang sihat sebenarnya... Kesibukan dalam beberapa hari nie membuatkan SBK nie sepi jer kan... Adeeh!! Minta ampun dan maaf sesangat kerana tak berkesempatan lagi membalas semua komen yang ada dan BW pun hanya mana yang sempat jer.. Terima kasih yang tak terhingga kerana masih setia lagi berkunjung ke dapur Diana nie... Terima kasih juga kepada yang sudi mencuba resipi² yang ada kat SBK nie yer... :). Sayang anda semua... Tadi sempat juga Diana buat Kek Coklat nie demi memenuhi permintaan Irfan yang nak makan kek coklat selepas dia balik dari sekolah... Ermm.. Faham² jer ler kan kalau ikut selera Irfan nie.. Semuanya nak coklat.. :). Resipi kek nie Diana ambil dari blog Poires au Chocolat.. Dalam resipi nie.. santan salah satu bahannya ( tengok jer nama kek nie pun dah tau kan.. hehehe ).. Bila tengok kek nie kat blog dia hari tu.. Diana terus jatuh cinta kat kek nie.. Terus jer salin.. Kebetulan Irfan nak kek coklat semasa kesibukan melanda nie.. Tu yang teringat kat resipi kek nie... Ianya tak ler susah nak sediakannya.. Mudah dan cepat.. Rasanya pun sedap..

:: Sumber Dari ~ Poires au Chocolat ( TQ )
( Cake recipe adapted from this recipe on the little red house. blog )

For the cake
55g dark chocolate ( 70% )
85g quality cocoa powder
200ml boiling water
145g plain flour
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
90g unsalted butter
230g caster sugar
50g dark muscovado sugar / brown sugar _ Diana guna gula perang yang berwarna gelap tu
2 eggs
275ml coconut milk 

For the ganache
125ml coconut milk
125g dark chocolate ( 70% )

  1. Line a square pan with greaseproof paper. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F. 
  2. Chop the chocolate up and place in a small bowl with the cocoa powder. Pour over the boiling water. Whisk until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth. Set aside to cool. 
  3. Sift the flour, bicarbonate, baking power and salt into a bowl. 
  4. Melt the butter in a small saucepan. 
  5. Place the sugars in the bowl of a stand mix and whisk quickly to combine. 
  6. Add the melted butter and whisk until combined. 
  7. Add one egg and whisk to combine. Add the other egg and then whisk for 3 minutes until pale and thick. 
  8. Slowly add the coconut milk and then the chocolate mix, whisking as you go. 
  9. Finally add the content of the flour bowl and whisk to combine. Pour into the prepared pan. 
  10. Place in the oven and cook for 30 - 40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out from the centre with a few damp crumbs instead of liquid mixture. Sit on a wire rack until cool. 
  11. When you're ready to ice the cake, pour the coconut milk into a small saucepan and place over a medium heat. 
  12. Chop the chocolate into small chunks and place into a small bowl. 
  13. When the coconut milk just comes to a boil take off the heat and pour over the chocolate.
  14. Leave for one minute then whisk until smooth. 
  15. Let cool for 10 minutes before pouring over the cake. 

Makes 16 small but super-rich squares )

Cream Cheese Frosting  dari resipi  DEVIL'S FOOD CHOCOLATE CAKE...

** Diana buat 2 kali ganda resipi di bawah

Ingredients
250 gm Philadelphia cheese
125 gm butter
1 cup icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Juice of a squeezed slice of lemon 

Method
  1. Beat the cheese and butter, just until creamy. 
  2. Add the icing sugar, vanilla and lemon juice.
** Diana masukkan frosting ke dalam piping bag. 





Cara Melapis Kek
  1. Potong kek coklat kepada beberapa kepingan dengan menggunakan pemotong kek.
  2. Kemudian ambil sekeping kek coklat dan letakkan di atas alas. Paipkan adunan cream cheese frosting di atas kek.
  3. Kemudian lapiskan dengan sekeping kek coklat dan tekan sedikit.
  4. Paipkan lagi adunan cream cheese frosting di atasnya dan seterusnya lapis dengan sekping kek coklat lagi.
  5. Ulang proses ini hingga kek coklat dan adunan cream cheese frosting habis.
  6. Setelah itu masukkan kek ke dalam peti sejuk selama 10 minit atau lebih.
  7. Keluarkan kek dari peti sejuk dan tuangkan chocolate ganache di keseluruhan kek.
  8. Masukkan kek ke dalam peti sejuk seketika sebelum di potong.
